How to Request Outbound Files in Windows Encrypted Client with AnySecura | User Guide
This guide shows you how to securely request a outbound file from your Windows Encrypted Client, even without direct outbound permissions. You'll learn to initiate a request through the right-click menu or scan tool, ensuring you can specify the necessary recipients and document controls.
We'll then walk through the approval process, whether you're using an online or offline AnySecura client. You'll understand how to track your request and, once approved, generate the final outbound file to securely share your encrypted data.
Clients without direct outbound permission can request outbound via the right-click menu or scan tool. When submitting a request, a reason must be provided, and the recipients and document permissions must be specified.
Online Client: The console receives the request immediately for approval. Once approved, the export file can be generated via View Request Information.
Offline Client: After submitting the request, export the request file via View Request Information and send it to the administrator. The administrator imports the file in the console for approval. Once approved, receive the authorization file from the administrator, import it in the client’s View Request Information, and then generate the export file.
