How to Extract Watermarks in the Watermarks Module with AnySecura | User Guide

This guide will walk you through using the AnySecura Watermarks module to uncover the hidden data within your documents. You'll learn how to extract crucial information like document IDs and circulation trails, helping you verify a file's origin and history.

By following a few simple steps in the console, you'll be able to process a file and clearly view its embedded watermarks. The interface also provides tools to copy or export this data, and for images, you can even visualize and save the extracted watermarks for further analysis.

Steps to extract a document watermark:

1) In the console, go to Watermark → Watermark Extraction to open the extraction tool interface.

2) Click the "AnySecura Document Watermark Extraction interface" button and select the file to be processed.

3) When the Circulation Information & Implicit Document Watermark Extraction box displays "File parsing completed, please proceed with extraction", click Extract.

4) Once extraction is complete, you can view the document ID, implicit document watermark, and circulation information. Use the Copy icon AnySecura Document Watermark Extraction interface to copy this information or the Export icon AnySecura Document Watermark Extraction interface to save it as a file.

5) If an image file is selected, you can also view the implicit digital watermark and screen watermark under Sample Image & Implicit Watermark Extraction. Use the New Window icon AnySecura Document Watermark Extraction interface to display the sample and extracted images in a new window, or the Save Image icon AnySecura Document Watermark Extraction interface to export both images as a compressed package.

Notes

  • 1. Only one document's watermark information can be extracted at a time.
  • 2. If the selected file is not an image, the Sample Image & Implicit Watermark Extraction section will not be displayed.
